Below are some Frequently asked questions.   

Pick-up from Home:

  • My Driver isn't here it's almost my pick-up time what should I do?
Answer: Please call us and notify the driver isn't there. During Peek Traffic / Rush Hours a driver may need 10-15 minutes because of traffic. Non traffic hours please allow your driver 5-10 Minutes.

  • My Driver isn't loading my luggage into the vehicle nor bringing my luggage from my door step to his vehicle!
Answer: The driver is not responsible of coming to your door step / inside your home and getting your luggage to be brought to the van. The luggage responsibility is on the passengers to bring the luggage out to the vehicle so the driver can load the luggage in. Drivers can refuse to load certain luggage if the luggage is excessive in weight / heavy, or if you show the driver attitude with a rude behavior, cursing the driver about something he can and has the right to refuse to load / unload your luggage. 


  • My Driver is using his cell phone while operating the vehicle!
Answer: The driver may his cell phone as long as it's a short call from another driver or the dispatcher. A driver can also answer a call from a customer and note down some quick changes.


Pick-up from the Airport

  • My Driver wasn't there by the time I reached the Ground Transportation / Designated Shuttle Pick-up Area.
Answer: Please allow the driver 5-15 minutes to get there from you second call of arrival stating you are all ready to go. From your second call is when a driver is sent out from the cell phone lot to the airport's designated pick-up location. There is traffic and couple of lights the drivers have to pass before entering the airport.

  • My Driver is calling me to some empty parking lot area.
Answer: The driver has only that available space with the Airport Authority to pick you up unless otherwise other arrangements must be done in advance. 

* If you reserve a ride from the Airport & cancel the reservation 12 hours within the pickup time a full charge or 50% charge may occur. Please ask the dispatcher during the time of reservation being made for further details.

Where Do I Meet My Driver Once I Arrive?

Answer: For Different Airports We Have Different Locations. ~Ask a Dispatcher as SOON as you Arrive as some drivers have different locations~

Norman Y. Mineta San Jose SJC International Airport

For San Jose Airport you'll meet your driver in a designated pick-up area.

Terminal A - Collect all your bags and follow the signs that state Ground Transportation, the Ground Transportation signage will lead you into the Ground Transportation Garage passed baggage claim A1, go through out the sliding door and you'll see a Taxi line walk along the Taxi line when you get in between the taxi line there is a cut for consumers to walk to the left. At this point you'll see a Blue Signage that reads 3. Pre-Arranged Vehicles on the left side of the taxi line. Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 

Terminal B - is where you'll find your driver in the median line of the Airport. You'll collect all your bags and come out to the curb. Cross the street and come towards the median lane. Once you have come to the median you'll begin walking to your right hand side till you see a sign that reads 11 Pre-Arranged Vehicles / Charter Buses. Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 


International Arrivals - Claim your bags, clear customs and once your out to the curb you will cross the street and walk into the garage straight ahead of the International Terminal. You'll see taxis across the street enter that garage and look straight ahead of the taxi line you'll see a Blue sign that reads 3. Pre-Arranged Vehicles. This is the spot you'll want to cross over to meet your driver.  Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 

San Francisco SFO International Airport

For San Francisco Airport you'll meet your driver in a designated pick-up area.

Terminal I (International) - is the International Terminal. Here you will collect all your bags and once you come into the lobby while facing the curbside staying inside the lobby you'll turn to your right hand side and walk straight till you've come across two doors on your left and see a elevator. Get inside the elevator press level 1 that reads "Courtyard G" once you arrive at "Courtyard G" go outside into the parking lot and a driver will meet you there. Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 

Terminal 1 - is the Domestic Terminal. Here you'll collect your luggage and come out to the curbside. From the curbside you'll cross the street to the median island and walk to where it says Airporters in front of the Taxi Stand. When heading over there you'll give dispatch a call so we can dispatch the driver from the cell phone lot which will take him 5 - 15 minutes to get there and meet you.

Terminal 2 - is the Domestic Terminal. Here you'll collect your luggage and come out to the curbside. From the curbside you'll cross the street to the median island and walk to where it says Airporters in behind of the Taxi Stand. Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 

Terminal 3 - is the Domestic Terminal. Here you'll collect your luggage and come out to the curbside.  From the curbside you'll cross the street to the median island and walk to where it says Airporters in behind of the Taxi Stand. Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 

Oakland OAK International Airport

For San Jose Airport you'll meet your driver in a designated pick-up area.

Oakland Airport has one pickup spot for all Shuttle operators which is "4D Scheduled Buses" to get here you'll cross the street to the middle island and walk to the last island out by the parking lot. Then stop at the section where it is labeled 4D Scheduled Buses. Before heading over there please give dispatch a call so we can get you the vehicle description and van number to look out for, from this call please allow your driver 5 - 10 minutes to get to the airport from the cell phone lot. 


Extra Charges

  • My Driver is charging me extra on using Highway 280!
Answer: The driver may charge you extra on using Highway 280. The price we've provided and given you is only for route 101 SB / NB. If you wish to use Highway 280 the driver has the right to charge you more from the range of $10-$20 depending on the vehicle you are being transported in and the distance of your location. (Just like a Taxi Cab Driver)

  • My Driver is charging me extra on Credit Card Transaction!
Answer: The driver may charge you extra on credit card transaction just like some gas stations. The charges vary on your total fare the extra charge is anywhere from $3 - $20 depending how big of a transaction you have.

  • If $0-$49 is a $3 Transaction Fee,
  • If $50-$99 is a $5 Transaction Fee
  • If $100-$190 is $10 Transaction Fee
  • If $200-$290 is a $20 Transaction Fee.
  • ~Higher Rate may consult in a Higher Transaction Fee.~

  • My Driver is charging me for the Toll Plaza!
Answer: Yes if the driver has to use a route that charges Toll Plaza Fee of usually $6 you will pay that to the driver at the total.

  • My Driver is saying its more price for a LATE Arrival or Pick-up Time.
Answer: Most cases we won't charge late night fees. But late night fee may occur if your flight is Delayed! If the time given before is during these hours a driver will not charge you extra fees. 

10:00pm-5:30am of $20-$25


  • My Driver is charging me a waiting fee!
Answer: Yes the driver may charge you a waiting fee of the following:

  • 30 Minutes - $20
  • 1 Hours - $35
  • 2 Hours - $70
  • 3 Hours - $105
