Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information


ABC Airporter is an essential business so we are still operating & are closely monitoring Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019). ABC Airporter is taking priority in looking out for the safety, health for both our limited drivers on the road as well as the consumers getting in/out of the vehicles. 


** We hold the right to refuse service to consumers who are tested Positive for Covid 19 for the safety of other passengers getting in and out of the vehicle. A representative will ask you if you have visited any places where cases have been tested positive or come in tact with someone tested positive in the past 14 days. If you have been transported in any of our vehicles and have later tested positive please inform us so we can pull out the driver and get the driver tested.** 


** ALL PASSENGERS MUST WEAR A FACE MASK & WEAR IT THE ENTIRE CAR RIDE, DRIVER CAN REFUSE TO PICK YOU UP IF YOU DON’T HAVE A FACE MASK ON **


What is ABC Airporter Doing?


** ABC Airporter has been preventing the spread of Covid-19 by doing the listed things below.**


  • Driver’s are required to wear a face mask inside the vehicle with passengers. 

  • Driver’s are washing their hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. 

  • Drivers are also using Hand Sanitizers that are alcohol-based that contain at least a 60% alcohol in between rides if soap & water are not available.

  • Driver’s are avoiding close contact with people who are sick or seem sick.

  • Driver’s are covering their mouth and nose when needed (cough & sneeze)

  • Asking passengers to sit in the back to create physical distance. 

  • ALL PASSENGERS MUST SIT IN THE BACK SEAT, FRONT SEAT IS NOT AVAILABLE.

  • Not taking on aboard more than 4 passengers per vehicle to limit the space/air.

  • Drivers are wiping down the interior after each passenger is dropped off 

  • Drivers are disinfecting seats previously occupied by passengers by spraying disinfectant sprays after a passenger is dropped off.

  • Drivers may consider asking passengers to handle their own personal bags and belongings during pick-up and drop-off.


  • Please note that a U.S. travel restriction for some individuals seeking entry from 26 countries in Europe is effective March 14.

  • Update: U.S. travel restriction applies to some individuals seeking entry from the U.K. and Ireland effective March 17.

FAQ: Rebooking and cancellation COVID-19


Q: My flight has been canceled.

A: Please notify via email as soon as you can or 12 hours prior to your reservation so we can cancel your reservation, if a reservation is not canceled and a driver shows up to your doorsteps you are responsible for the full fare in failure to cancel and or rebook your reservation for a later date & time. 


Q: Can I rebook?

 A: Yes you can rebook by either calling our Dispatch Lines or via Email to your previous confirmation with the new dates and time. Please make sure to rebook in advance and receive a confirmation from our end. Before making any changes please consult and check if there are any restrictions in the country you wish to travel to. 

 

Q: I urgently need a transfer today, is that possible?

A: In such cases please contact our dispatch lines immediately. The dispatcher on duty will do their best to modify and place your booking in our reservation system. 


Q: How to cancel my booking?

A: You can email our reservation email or give a phone call to cancel a reservation you may have.
